For our white chocolate, BeanCraft use high quality undeodorised cocoa butter, cane sugar and full fat milk. We grind, conch and mould the ingredients into exceptional chocolate. To learn more about how we make our chocolate please see our lab secrets page.

We create our chocolate in micro batches, using the minimum number of high quality ingredients. There will be minor variations in batches as we optimise each batch to bring out the best in the ingredients.

Ingredients- Cane sugar, MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa nibs. Allergens in BOLD. Made in a kitchen where dairy, gluten and nuts are used.

Minimum cocoa solids 40%.
